About your hostRose Kaz

In any business, the daily grind of balancing what has to get completed every day, to how to get ahead in your
career and be successful, is always amongst the top priorities. To be the best at these, you have to surround
yourself with the best. That's what Rose Kaz dreamt of one cold winter in Chicago 2017 and  #ladyboss.international was born.
Women in business need allies that reach outside of their own lines of work, age group and lifestyle. (say why) With that, the panel portion of #ladyboss.international began to garner momentum and fill rooms at SoHo House Chicago. Rose and many others in Chicago wanted to connect with professional women to talk about progress, from varying demographics, spanning different arches in their career and field of work, positive momentum would ensue. Now in it's the second year, the #ladyboss.international program is evolving to more workspaces, social clubs, and retreats.
2019 goals include offering the program in non-profits, schools, universities, community centers, after-school programs and more!
Rose is also a #ladyboss.international, having made her mark as an internationally published, portrait photographer, whom also owns and operates
Rose Photo, a boutique wedding + lifestyle photography studio in Chicago, IL, and Asheville, NC. Having spent most of her life in and around the Chicago area, it was college that originally landed her in Asheville but it's the beauty, adventure, and lifestyle that keeps her coming back to western North Carolina. She enjoys the best of both worlds and developing her photography businesses in both Chicago and Asheville, while also expanding what's on the horizon for ladyboss international.
Outside of her photo career and launching LBI, she enjoys cruising in her mini cooper, cooking delicious food, wearing costumes, gardening, and planning all the things! Her highly-skilled and talented team of young women in photography is a testament to the #ladyboss.international movement she has helped pioneer. She and her lady boss team hope to see these events supported world-wide, as a way of elevating young women in the rise of the creative and heart lead commerce.
