She's worked in the marketing world for the past 15 years and has recently decided transition into full-time freelance for her company, Laura Leigh Bean. She will be an awesome resource to our panel as she's made several pivots between jobs, companies and career trajectories that have all challenged her to make tough decisions, allowing her to grow personally and professionally.
Tara Majeed has been a financial executive recruiter for over 10 years. She is currently an Executive Senior Partner with the Lucas Group, where she's been since 2012. She is an expert in negotiations and corporate transitions and leads with an approach of seeking to understand her clients' short and long-term goals, in order to ensure they are placed in roles that will be a mutual fit for them as well as their organizations. She will be an invaluable resource to our panel as she's had experience in many different levels of organizations.
Vanessa Rollings Giannis is the Chief Financial Officer of Rightpoint, where she plays a key role in providing analytical insight and strategic perspective as a member of the company’s leadership team. Vanessa has more than 20 years of professional finance experience and specializes in helping high growth companies navigate the bumps of rapid expansion. Her experience with negotiations, mentoring, transitions (both big and small) and evaluating when it's time to move on, will make for invaluable insights on the panel.
Debra Giunta - Debra Giunta is a serial entrepreneur. She’s the founder and director of Design Dance, The Groove and Prismatic, a non-profit focused on empowering young people through mission-driven entrepreneurship. She has thoughtfully aligned all of her work with her passions for dance, education, and youth development. She’s been through the many obstacles of identifying when to continue pushing and when to say, “I’m done; it's time to do something new.” She will be an awesome source of inspiration and wisdom on our panel.
