Join The Barre Code Chicago for our fall fitness challenge kickoff and participate in a free, 50-minute TBC: Total Body Conditioning class! This bootcamp-style class will have you sprinting against the clock as you work through resistance and bodyweight exercises and build agility, speed and power. Varied high-intensity interval training and full-range-of-motion strength-training circuits will help you stay consistently challenged as your heart rate and mental toughness skyrocket! Please wear gym shoes and bring a water bottle.
